Surrounded by acres of spectacular jungle, this spacious house and pool overlook the bay of Samara, its reefs, and the surrounding green hillsides. Large enough to accommodate 12, Hacienda Punta Indio is the perfect house for multiple families, family reunions, and even yoga retreats.
The house is all on one level – it has 5 separate bedrooms/bathroom suites, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a main bathroom, a laundry room, and a gas grill on the pool deck. Sliding doors in the living room and dining room open up, creating a large open area for you to enjoy the view and the outdoors. The beach house has an air-conditioned walk-in pantry which is perfect for storing groceries, beer, and wine. There is no need for a 4X4; the house is accessible by well-maintained paved roads. The quiet end of Samara beach is an easy 10-15 minute walk.
Each of the 5 bedroom suites is fully contained, with its own en-suite bathroom, a king-size bed, remote-control air conditioning, bedside tables, reading lamps, and plenty of storage space. Each bedroom suite has its own private front door (with its own key) and, except for the 5th bedroom, each bedroom has a back door that opens up onto a shaded lanai area – perfect for enjoying the warm morning sunshine. The pool is especially enjoyable because it contains mostly saltwater with only a small amount of chlorine – as a result, there is almost no chlorine smell. It is easy to spend many hours relaxing in the swimming pool, either watching the incoming and outgoing tides of beautiful Samara Bay, the greenery in the surrounding hillsides, sun
set, and the evening lights that line Samara’s beachfront.
Whether you spent the day at the beach or went on an exciting tour, it is a treat to return home to the comforts of the Hacienda, its pool, and its magnificent ocean views.
