Choose one of three individual houses to rent for your vacation or if you are traveling with a large family or group renting all three homes will allow for personal space while still being together.
Casa del Sol: This is the largest house on the property. Spacious living room area with a full-size couch, fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven, coffee pot, blender, rice maker, toaster, kettle, pots, and pans. Large bathroom with a hot water shower. Two bedrooms, each with one full-size bed, a ceiling fan, and an air conditioning unit. There is a large front porch with a dining table. There is a BBQ grill on the property for your use. The maximum capacity is 4 guests.
Casa Cielo: This very spacious home has an open floor plan, and a remolded fully equipped kitchen with a large kitchen table, stove, microwave, coffee pot, blender, rice cooker, pots, and pans. Two bedrooms, each with one full-size bed, a ceiling fan, and an air conditioning unit. The bathroom has an instant hot water heater. Casa Cielo has fiber optic high-speed wifi.
Papaya’s Place: This is the most private house on the property. Fully remolded kitchen with everything you need to cook meals comfortably at home. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, coffee pot, blender, rice cooker, pots and pans. There is a large front porch with a dining table and two additional lounge chairs. Two bedrooms, each with one full-size bed, and an air conditioning unit. The bathroom has an instant hot water heater. The internet in this house is high speed but does not work well in the bedrooms. The walls are thick and the WIFI does not transmit well to the rooms. In the other areas, it works well.
Tres Colores is an easy 10-minute walk to the beaches of Samara or downtown. There is a Mexican restaurant, and a French bakery located a two-minute walk away. You can easily stay in one of these homes without a car. If you do have a car, there is street parking only. Bicycle rentals are readily available in Samara.
