As the owner-manager, I strive to provide a place that I would love to stay in as a guest, and my goal is to exceed your expectations. Our building may be ten years old, but you wouldn’t know it – we have a full-time maintenance employee who keeps everything in tip-top shape, and I work hard to maintain all of our appliances, linens, and kitchen supplies. We also have a dedicated administrator and housekeeper to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The property is highly secure with the help of Miguel, who takes care of the building during the day and provides assistance with baggage, BBQ, finding fresh seafood, and Spanish language lessons.
Our condos come with free high-speed wifi, air conditioning, fully stocked kitchens, secure parking, cable TV (ready for Netflix), and a splash pool. And don’t just take our word for it – our guests often say that the property looks even better in person than in the pictures!

Great location! Guests can easily walk to the beach with our provided amenities including beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, a cooler, and a boogie board. The town is only a 15-minute tropical walk along the beach. For those who prefer driving, a secure designated spot is available in our covered parking garage.
Our condos offer a magnificent view of the beach and ocean from furnished balconies that are perfect for outdoor living. The building is situated on a dead-end road, ensuring safety and tranquility, while still providing an excellent view of the beach and horse pasture. Alta Vista is located at the tip of the bay of Sámara, which is far enough from the downtown area to provide peace and quiet, but close enough for easy access to the town’s amenities. Families love staying at Alta Vista for these reasons and more.
The modern condo has floor-to-ceiling windows facing the beach and ocean and is equipped with air conditioners in each bedroom and the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and in-sink garbage disposal. There is a shared washer/dryer available for guests to use.

Guests have access to the shared Congo Lounge, which has hammocks, sofas, armchairs, and a dining set, and offers stunning views of the beach and forest. The splash pool in front of the building is visible from the balcony and is perfect for families. Regular cleaning is provided for stays of more than four nights, with a light cleaning every fourth day and a full cleaning every eighth day.
Please note that occasional problems may arise, but the team is committed to resolving them promptly. The goal is to provide a world-class stay in a beautiful location.
Condo Catalina is a third-floor, two-bedroom condo with two bathrooms and approximately 1400 square feet of space. The master bedroom has a king bed with ocean and beach views, while the guest bedroom has two individual beds with forest views. The kitchen has first-world appliances, including a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove with range-top, and microwave with extractor fan. The living room has a flat-screen TV and a queen-size sofa sleeper. Bathrooms have modern and minimalist designs, and you can flush toilet paper as you would in North America or Europe.
The instant booking feature is available with prices in US dollars, and discounts are automatically applied for longer stays. The damage deposit is $150, and the host has a legitimate Hotel license and pays taxes to support Costa Rica.
